TAGG Institute™
Advancing human function. Building resilient futures.
A defining question for this era
TAGG Institute™ advances Human Resilience Architecture™ through research, education, policy, partnerships, certification, and innovation.
How do we strengthen the human capacity to think clearly, adapt effectively, make sovereign decisions, and flourish amid crisis, chaos, and conflict?
Human systems were not designed for the complexity people now face.
Accelerating technological change, public-health disruption, institutional instability, chronic stress, misinformation, environmental threats, and social fragmentation are changing what individuals, organizations, and communities must be able to withstand.
TAGG Institute™ exists to develop the knowledge, methods, and systems needed to strengthen human function before, during, and after disruption.

Founded from legacy. Built for the future.
TAGG Institute™ was founded by Joelyn St. George, creator of Human Resilience Architecture™ and an interdisciplinary leader whose work spans public health, human performance, organizational transformation, preparedness, and whole-person health.
Her background includes Harvard’s Global Leadership in Public Health program, Duke Integrative Health and Well-Being Coach training and board certification, SHRM-SCP certification, and Cornell HR Transformation education.
TAGG Institute™ is named for my children, Taylor Ann and Garrett George. The name reflects both legacy and responsibility: the work we undertake today determines the capacities future generations will inherit.
Help build the field of human resilience.
TAGG Institute™ welcomes conversations with researchers, universities, public agencies, funders, employers, health leaders, emergency-management professionals, and community organizations interested in advancing human function and resilient futures.
